For my first erotic film review, I present to you the short film, Hysterical Piano Concert.
The image and synopsis grabbed my attention right away because I have always felt music, especially classical music, can go so very well with eroticism.
The concept is great. A young pianist having a fantasy while she’s playing a concert. And the actress is indeed beautiful.
But I would have liked to have seen a lot more when it comes to story.
The above mentioned is basically the beginning and end of it.
What could have turned a great concept into a great story?
One scenario could have been a young beneficiary who had just completed her studies at a prestigious musical college, the man (or woman) who paid for this life-changing opportunity having had only one condition upon completion.
That the young woman perform a private concert in front of an ultra exclusive party, while engaging in the most intimate of acts with him (or her).
This would indeed be the ultimate test when it comes to playing from a place of passion while still displaying remarkable focus.
In addition to conquering stage fright, because let’s face it, after performing such a recital, everything which follows would be cake.
Overall this was a nice short film. The cinematography is beautiful (although I would have liked to have seen some great close-up shots instead of shadows) and the ambiance was nicely captured.
So yeah, if you’re just looking to pop one off, Hysterical Piano Concert could serve you well.
But if you want more substance and story involved, you probably want to wait around until I discover something more fitting.
Then again, I’ve already placed a great scenario in your head.
So with such a tale to fill your thoughts, go ahead and tap play😉
